To purchase a recipe, navigate to the recipe page and click the 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' button. You can pay using a credit/debit card or other supported payment methods. Once your payment is processed, you'll have immediate access to the full recipe.
All your purchased recipes are available in your Library. Click on your profile icon and select 'My Purchases' or 'Library' to see all the recipes you've bought. You can also access them from your Dashboard.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded or accessed the full recipe content. To request a refund, go to your purchase history, find the order, and click 'Request Refund'. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. In some regions, we also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payments can be declined for various reasons including insufficient funds, expired card, or security flags from your bank. Please verify your card details are correct and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.
Yes! During checkout, you can select 'Send as Gift' and enter the recipient's email address. They'll receive an email with instructions to claim their recipe. Gift purchases are non-refundable.
Purchased recipes can be downloaded as PDF from the recipe page. Look for the 'Download' or 'Export' button. Downloaded recipes are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed.
Your purchases are tied to your account and will be available when you regain access. If you're locked out, use the 'Forgot Password' feature or contact support to verify your identity and recover your account.
Purchased recipes are licensed for personal use by the account holder. Sharing login credentials or redistributing recipes violates our Terms of Service. Each family member who wants access should purchase their own copy.
Go to Settings > Purchase History to see all your past orders including dates, amounts, and order numbers. You can also download receipts from this page for your records.
