By accessing or using TasteTrade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TasteTrade is a marketplace platform that enables users to discover, share, buy, and sell recipes and culinary content. The Service includes:

• Recipe browsing and discovery
• Recipe creation and publishing tools
• Purchasing and licensing of premium recipes
• Creator monetization features
• Social features including following, messaging, and reviews

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit to TasteTrade. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Harasses, threatens, or harms other users

5. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase recipes or content through TasteTrade:

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to taxes
• We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) for transactions
• Creators receive payouts according to our commission structure

6. Creator Terms

If you monetize content as a Creator, additional terms apply:

• You must complete identity verification through Stripe Connect
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout information
• Commission rates are outlined in your Creator dashboard
• Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule

7. Intellectual Property

TasteTrade and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TasteTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TASTETRADE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
